the location is perfect for early morning flights from gatwick. the check-in process was efficient and the staff was very kind. they helped with our bags and gave clear directions for local food options.

The building is old, and the rooms lack soundproofing. You can hear noise from adjacent rooms.

the reception manager was helpful. he readily assisted with our luggage from the car right to our room. the location proved excellent, just a short distance from gatwick airport. the rooms were spacious and clean, complete with crisp white cotton sheets, i was grateful.

I observed that the room seemed a little dusty. The bedding was like it hadn't been used recently. the bathroom sink was blocked and unusable. This caused a bit of inconvenience during my short stay.

Fantastic Stay Near Gatwick!

The super nice team and friendly! i stayed in a family room. it perfectly met my needs. the beds were REALLY comfortable. i appreciated how close it was to gatwick. Only a quick taxi ride away (about 10 minutes).

the building seemed a little old and could use some updates. the soundproofing between the rooms was not great, unfortunately.
